Terms & Conditions for Virtual Private Lessons

1. Purchase & Redemption

• Virtual Private Lessons must be purchased online through the official booking platform.

• Each lesson or lesson package is redeemable for one (1) calendar year from the date of purchase.

• Unredeemed sessions will expire at the end of the one-year period and are non-refundable.

2. Scheduling Your Lesson

• After purchase, students must contact Tatiana Whitlock via the provided scheduling email to book their session(s).

• Appointments must be scheduled with a minimum of 7 days’ notice to ensure availability.

• Appointment times are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Students are encouraged to schedule early to secure preferred dates and times.

• Students must complete the required online safety waiver before a lesson can be scheduled or confirmed.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Students may reschedule their session up to 48 hours before the appointment time without penalty.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the lesson will result in forfeiture of the session.

• Missed appointments (“no shows”) are considered completed sessions and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Technology Requirements

• Students are responsible for ensuring they have:

  • A stable internet connection

  • A device with a working camera and microphone

  • Adequate lighting and space for safe dry-fire practice

• Tatiana Whitlock is not responsible for disruptions due to student-side technical issues.

5. Safety & Conduct Requirements

• All virtual sessions are dry-fire only. Live ammunition is strictly prohibited anywhere in the training environment.

• Students must ensure all firearms are verified unloaded before the lesson begins.

• Students must complete the online safety waiver in advance of their scheduled lesson. Failure to complete the waiver will result in postponement or cancellation until completed.

• Students are expected to maintain respectful, professional conduct throughout the session. Abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate termination without refund.

• The instructor reserves the right to end any session if safety protocols or conduct expectations are violated.

6. Refunds & Transfers

• All sales are final. Refunds are not offered unless required by law.

• Purchased lessons are non-transferable without prior written approval.

7. Age Requirements

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Minors are not permitted to participate in or observe virtual training sessions.

8. Liability & Waiver

• Completion of the online safety waiver is mandatory for participation.

• Students agree to hold harmless Tatiana Whitlock and affiliates from any claims arising from participation in virtual training.

9. Instructor Cancellation

• In the rare event the instructor must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the next available appointment with no loss of session time.

10. Communication

• All scheduling, confirmations, and changes will be conducted via the designated contact email provided at the time of purchase.

• Students are responsible for monitoring email for updates and ensuring timely communication regarding scheduling.
