Yoga with Guns, also know as $#!t Happens is a 3-hour workshop dedicated to the worst case scenario – shooting from the ground. Whether we find ourselves fighting from the ground because we were pushed, or just have two left feet, learning how to manage yourself and your firearm safely from grounded positions is an important skill set to develop. Are you prepared to work through the awkward but highly likely non- standing (non-standard) positions you could probably find yourself in if a confrontation doesn’t go to plan and gravity wins? This session will have you on the ground, working two-handed, dominant and support hand only while adapting to what your body and vision need to be sucessful and safe. Learn techniques to overcome personal injuries and physical limitations in order to safely fight your way back to your feet. Being prepared means being ready to take control of the situation and respond appropriately when $#!t happens!
EXPERIENCE LEVEL: Students should have at least taken a basic handgun class within the past year and have a solid grasp of range etiquette and gun handling, holster and safety skills.
DURATION: 3.5-Hours

EQUIPMENT
- Working handgun (preferably a centerfire gun)
- 150 rounds of factory ammunition
- Minimum of two (2) magazines, 3 magazines are recommended
- Eye & ear protection
- OWB Holster (Outside the Waistband). For safety reasons bra holsters, soft side collapsible holsters, cross draw, Serpa-style push-button, ankle, off-body, and behind-the-back holsters are NOT allowed during the live-fire portion of course. Contact with questions.

- Sturdy gun belt
- Kneepads recommended
- Med Kit (If you do not yet own one please consider investing!)
- Please pack adequate snacks and hydration (both water AND electrolytes).
ATTIRE: Range appropriate attire: long pants, closed-toe shoes, high collared shirt. Brimmed ball caps recommended but not required.
