CANCELED – Kids & Guns Can Coexist

Which came first – the children or the firearms? With the influx of new gun owners across the country many American families are realizing that assimilating their new equipment investment into their home life is more challenging than they expected. Not with out cause, we are roughly three generations removed from firearms being a regular part of the American home experience. As such we have lost a wealth of once commonplace information about how kids and guns can safely coexist in a family setting. This two-hour presentation examines the technical, legal, and logistical realities of the contemporary family who is either introducing guns into a home with children or children into a home with guns. Close attention is given to evolving a family’s safety strategies and dialogue as your child reaches developmental milestones as they grow up. The preservation of the Second Amendment requires more American families to adapt to the times, embrace the gun safety culture, and pass on this invaluable knowledge to future generations. Join us for an information-rich and thought-provoking seminar!

“So much more to think about than I had ever realized! As a grandparent this lecture was immensely useful. I now have a plan for when my grandchildren come to visit and a strategy to introduce them to sporting clays – which I absolutely love. I would recommend this class to every adult I know!” – Melissa J.
