Through structured drills and individualized coaching, participants will work through common challenges such as finding the dot consistently, managing visual focus, and maintaining control through recoil.

This immersive 8-hour program is a deep dive into red dot pistol fundamentals, including:
- Understanding how red dot optics work: mechanics, benefits, and limitations
- Techniques for fast and consistent dot acquisition
- Managing visual focus and target transitions
- Recoil control and tracking the dot through movement
- Dry fire and live fire drills to reinforce performance
- Personalized coaching in a supportive, professional environment

Required Equipment
- Pistol equipped with a mounted and zeroed red dot optic
- 300 rounds of factory ammunition
- Strong-side belt-mounted holster (outside or inside the waistband, no SERPA or collapsible holsters)
- Rigid gun belt, 2–3 magazines, and magazine pouch(es)
- Eye and ear protection (electronic preferred)
- Backup batteries for the optic
- Tools for optic adjustment
- Brimmed hat, weather-appropriate clothing,
- Water/Electrolytes, snacks, and lunch!
- Notebook and pen
