Thank you for choosing to train with Tatiana Whitlock – Training in Context and Aduro Design, LLC. We are honored to work with students and host ranges across the country to deliver high-quality, professional training experiences.
Due to the nature of our work—which includes extensive travel, coordination with host venues, and tight scheduling—each course represents a significant investment of time and resources by our team and by our hosts. Training slots are limited, and many courses fill well in advance. In consideration of our national scheduling demands and the commitments made by our host facilities, the following Terms and Conditions apply to all registrations.
Please review these terms carefully prior to enrollment. Your registration confirms your agreement to the policies outlined below.
Registration & Payment
- Payment in full is required at the time of registration to secure your spot.
- By registering, you acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy for student cancellations.
Transfers & Credits
Aduro Design, LLC and Tatiana Whitlock understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. While we maintain a no-refund policy, we do allow limited transfers under the following conditions:
- Student Transfers to a Different Event
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another event within the same calendar year, provided that:- Written notification is submitted at least 30 days prior to the original event date.
- The alternate event has available space.
- The transfer is approved by Aduro Design, LLC.
- Transferring Registration to Another Participant
A registered student may transfer their enrollment to another person under the following conditions:- Written notification is submitted at least 15 days prior to the event date.
- The replacement participant meets any course prerequisites.
- The transfer is confirmed by Aduro Design, LLC.
- Transfers are processed on a one-time basis. Once a registration has been transferred, it is considered final and is no longer eligible for further transfer or reassignment.
- No transfers will be accepted within 30 days of the event for alternate dates, or within 15 days for participant substitutions. Failure to attend an event without approved transfer arrangements will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.
Cancellation by Instructor or Host Facility
- If a class is canceled by Aduro Design, LLC or Tatiana Whitlock, students may choose from the following:
- Full refund
- Transfer into another class
- Store credit
Cancellation Due to Government Restrictions
- In the event of a state- or federally-mandated closure, travel ban, or emergency:
- A new class date will be scheduled at the original location within the following calendar year.
- All original student enrollments will be honored.
- No refunds will be issued.
